Which is why membership is invite only. Requests are reviewed for fit, acceptance is at our discretion, and dues are only discussed once you've been accepted.

- Accredited investors, family offices, and funds (typically $25M+ AUM)
- Operators and GPs with a demonstrated track record
- Members aligned on the future of the built world
